Abstract

The article featured our experience ureteropieloskopy and kontakt lithotripsy about kidney concrements and ureters. Presented results of 2690 ureteropieloskopi and 2212 contact lithotripsy. Analyzed the complications and difficulties in carrying out this type of operation and methods of dealing with them. Method allows to effectively 100% of the stones in the lower and middle third of the ureter and up to 80% when localizing in the upper third of the ureter to release moиevyj way from concrements. Applying miniperkutaneus method nefrolithotripsy and fibrolithotripsy efficiency increases to 98%. Contact ureterolithotripsy has a number of drawbacks and limitations: stone size greater than 1.5 cm , acute pyelonephritis, narrow ureter, proximal migration stone, fornikal bleeding.
