The authors retain the right to their manuscripts and grant the Journal the non-exclusive right of first publication. All materials published in the Journal «Health of Man» » are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which allows others to read, copy, distribute, print the full text of articles, scan them for indexing, transfer them as software or use them for any other lawful purpose without limitation with mandatory reference to the authors of the original work and the original publication in this Journal.

Authors have the right to enter into agreements for non-exclusive distribution of the work (preservation in electronic storage, publication as part of a monograph etc) in the form in which it was published in the journal, provided the reference to the first publication of the work in the Journal «Health of Man» is present. The Journal encourages authors to post the manuscript of a paper on the Internet (on personal, noncommercial sites), both already submitted to the Editorial Board and undergoing the editorial processing, since this contributes to productive scientific discussion and has a positive effect on the citation of the published paper.
