Гіпносугестивна терапія, аутогенне тренування та психодинамічна терапія в корекції гіпоактивного статевого потягу

Анотація

У статті наводяться деякі загальні відомості про гіпносугестивну терапію, виокремлені автором моделі терапевтичних інтервенцій у гіпнотичному стані: гіпносугестивне програмування і моделювання, гіпнокатарсис, переміщення за шкалою часу (вікова регресія, регресивний гіпноз, вікова прогресія). Наводяться власні дані автора і його рекомендації щодо застосування гіпносугестивної терапії для корекції гіпоактивного статевого потягу, а також досвід у цій галузі інших фахівців. Повідомляється, що для корекції такого потягу можуть використовуватися підходи перелічених вище моделей гіпносугестивної терапії.


Також наводяться різні рекомендації щодо застосування аутогенного тренування для корекції ослабленого статевого потягу, включно з використанням запропонованого автором прискореного варіанту аутогенного тренування для лікування сексуальних розладів. Крім того, дається характеристика фокусної (фокальної) психодинамічної терапії та можливість її використання для корекції гіпоактивного статевого потягу. Цей метод терапії також називають короткою (короткостроковою) психодинамічною терапією. У рамках цієї терапії, що належить до психоаналітичного напряму, під фокусом розуміють конкретну проблему, на якій зосереджуватимуться зусилля і увага як пацієнта, так і терапевта під час сесій. Ця терапія спрямована не на перебудову особистості пацієнта загалом, а на розв’язання однієї проблеми або обмеженого їх числа, від якої(их) страждає пацієнт, за короткий проміжок часу. Також повідомляється про можливість використання для корекції ослабленого статевого потягу «розширеної» психодинамічної терапії, яка охоплює великий часовий проміжок.
