Фармакотерапія гіпоактивного статевого потягу

Анотація
У статті повідомляється, що гіпоактивний статевий потяг фіксують досить часто в осіб обох статей, але в жінок така скарга вийшла на першу позицію. Стаття присвячена представленню та обговоренню різних медикаментів та біологічно активних добавок, що застосовуються для посилення статевого потягу у жінок і чоловіків. Повідомляється, що для цього використовують адаптогени; флібансерін, який був першим препаратом, схваленим Управлінням по санітарному надзору за якістю харчових продуктів та медикаментів (США) для лікування набутого генералізованого гіпоактивного розладу статевого потягу (ГАРСП) у жінок у пременопаузі; тестостерон, який застосовують при ослабленні статевого потягу в чоловіків і жінок; тиболон (у жінок).
Також повідомляється про застосування бремеланотиду – другого препарату, схваленого названим управлінням для лікування набутого генералізованого ГАРСП у жінок у пременопаузі, який застосовують і для посилення статевого потягу у чоловіків. Крім цього, повідомляється про використання для посилення статевого потягу у жінок бупропіону, а також його комбінації з тразадоном. Зазначається, що буспірон використовують для усунення сексуальних побічних ефектів, зокрема ослабленого лібідо, спричинених антидепресантами із групи селективних інгібіторів зворотного захоплення серотоніну.
Відзначається ефект якірців сланких, що посилює статевий потяг у чоловіків та жінок, і створених на його основі препаратів. Для посилення статевого потягу апробується застосування комбінованих ліків: тестостерон + силденафіл та тестостерон + буспірон. Також названо низку біологічно активних добавок, які використовують для посилення ослабленого статевого потягу та усунення інших сексуальних дисфукцій.
