Гіпоактивний статевий потяг та інші сексуальні дисфункції, обумовлені впливом психотропних речовин і антиконвульсантів

Анотація
Сьогодні на фармацевтичному ринку існує дуже багато медикаментозних препаратів. З кожним роком їхня кількість збільшується та обчислюється десятками тисяч, що дозволяє говорити про «фармацевтичний вибух». Проте крім свого основного лікувального ефекту кожний препарат має побічні дії, які, зокрема, можуть впливати на сексуальну сферу.
У статті розглядаються дані спеціальної літератури щодо побічної дії психотропних засобів та антиконвульсантів, що може призводити до гіпоактивного статевого потягу та інших сексуальних дисфункцій. Розглядається побічний вплив на сексуальні функції транквілізаторів, нейролептиків (традиційних і новіших), антидепресантів різних групп (інгібітори моноаміноксидази, трициклічні антидепресанти, селективні інгібітори зворотного захоплення серотоніну, інгібітори зворотного захоплення серотоніну та норадреналіну, а також новіші антидепресанти).
Обговорюється ступінь впливу нейролептиків та антидепресантів на сексуальну функцію залежно від дози, тривалості застосування, належності до того чи іншого хімічного класу. Зазначається, що деякі медикаменти з названих груп можуть чинити сильніший негативний вплив на сексуальні функції, інші – помірний чи слабкий, а треті не тільки не мають такої дії, але навіть посилюють статевий потяг та інші сексуальні функції. Тому перед початком вживання того чи іншого препарату з названих груп слід оцінювати стан сексуальних функцій і, в разі їх порушення, призначати такі ліки, які мають таку саму лікувальну дію, але при їх вживанні відсутній ризик несприятливого впливу на сексуальну сферу. Ці ліки (наприклад, антидепресанти) доцільно призначати як заміну і в тих випадках, коли раніше призначали медикамент з антидепресивною дією, що призвів до виникнення сексуальних дисфукцій.
