Анотація

У статті наголошується, що гіперсексуальність може бути знівельована при успішній терапії патології, що призвела до її появи, а також необхідність лікування супутніх патологічних психічних станів, які можуть прямо або побічно впливати на проблемну сексуальну поведінку. Наведено медикаментозні препарати різних груп, що використовуються для усунення гіперсексуальності: селективні інгібітори зворотного захоплення серотоніну, трициклічні антидепресанти, блокатори опіатних рецепторів, антиепілептичні препарати, транквілізатори, нейролептики, інгібітор холінестерази ривастигмін, антіандрогени, естрогени, аналоги гонадотропін-рилізинг гормону, нормотонік карбонат літію й ін., а також деякі рекомендації щодо ведення пацієнтів з хворобою Паркінсона, у яких гіперсексуальність з’явилася як наслідок використання допамінергічних препаратів. Наводяться випадки використання при цій патології електросудомної терапії і глибинної стимуляції мозку.
