Анотація

У статті проаналізовані сучасні можливості неінвазивної діагностики інфравезикальної обструкції при доброякісній гіперплазії передміхурової залози (ПЗ). Традиційні методи, такі, як залишкова сеча чи урофлоуметрія, не виявили достатньої чутливості, тому їхнє використання пов’язано з помилками у діагностиці. Водночас за останні роки запропоновані та апробовані більш чутливі та специфічні неінвазивні методи, такі, як інтравезикальна простатична протрузія та вимірювання товщини стінки сечового міхура. Вони продемонстрували можливість більш широкого використання в реальній практиці та поступової заміни традиційних методів.
