Оцінювання впливу тамсулозину на постеякуляторний біль

Анотація
Мета дослідження: визначення впливу тамсулозину на зменшення симптомів, пов’язаних з постеякуляторним болем (ПЕБ) в осіб з хронічним простатитом і доброякісною гіперплазію передміхурової залози.
Матеріали та методи. На базі ДУ «Інститут урології НАМН України» під амбулаторним наглядом протягом року перебували 150 пацієнтів чоловічої статі віком від 31 до 57 років, які були відібрані із загальної когорти, які вперше звернулися до уролога із симптомами ПЕБ. Пацієнти були розподілені на групи за принципом нозології: 47 – з хронічним абактеріальним простатитом у стадії нестійкої ремісії (І група), 51 – з хронічним бактеріальним простатитом в стадії нестійкої ремісії (ІІ група) і 52 – з ДГПЗ 1-го ступеня (ІІІ група).
Результати. В осіб І, ІІ і ІІІ груп зникнення/різке зменшення симптомів ПЕБ на 90-у добу відбувалося відповідно у 83,0%, 94,1% і 71,1% пацієнтів. Так само під час опитування пацієнтів вони зазначали зниження вираженості (сили) ПЕБ протягом переважно перших 30 діб лікування.
Заключення. Застосування тамсулозину є ефективною стратегією, спрямованою на зменшення проявів післяеякуляторного болю, що ускладнює перебіг хронічного простатиту будь-якого генезу та доброякісної гіперплазії передміхурової залози.##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.details##
