Анотація
Розроблення методів профілактики раку передміхурової залози (РПЗ) є одним з найважливіших завдань сучасної урології. Однією з груп препаратів, які часто вживають при гіперплазії ПЗ, є адреноблокатори (АБ). Проведені дослідження свідчать про можливість впливу тривалого використання АБ на діагностику та перебіг РПЗ, хоча отримані результати неоднозначні та відрізняються щодо різних представників АБ. Беручи до уваги велику частоту призначення АБ у чоловіків літнього віку, потрібні подальші добре сплановані дослідження для отримання більш достовірних даних.
