Abstract

The article describes the case of multiple primary cancer: prostate cancer Т3NхMх and melanoma ТхNхM1 in patient with end-stage of chronic kidney disease, which received renal replacement therapy with peritoneal dialysis. The presented supervision demonstrates the problems of timely diagnostics of malignant tumors, in spite of the systematic monitoring a patient. The author’s purpose is intensifying of oncology vigilance from nephrologists, as prevalence of malignant new formations for patients on renal replacement therapy times higher, than in a general population.
