Abstract

Modern data on physiology and psychology of orgasm in men and women are submitted: its autonomic and somatic manifestations; functioning of brain structures and its neurotransmitter systems during orgasm; its supraspinal and spinal regulation; hormonal changes and experience of feelings during orgasm; traditional (physiological) and new (physiological and psychological oriented) models of sexual response.
