Abstract
The article is devoted to the etiopathogenesis, diagnosis and modern methods of treatment of various forms of premature ejaculation (PE).
The aim of the study: to search for new treatments of PE, depending on etiological and evaluation of the effectiveness of vitamin-mineral-amino acid complex Semen in comparison with the inhibitor of serotonin reuptake (ISR) paroxetine.
Materials and methods. In a study consisted of 412 patients with PE were included 147 men with primary PE mild and moderate severity. The patients were divided into three groups. Patients of the 1st group were prescribed locally anesthesial condoms and psychotherapy, 2nd - Semiton drug in a dose 1 capsule 2 times per day, 3rd - ISR paroxetine 40 mg/h. The severity and etiology of PE is figured out by collecting a sexual anamnesis and catamnesis, intravaginal time to ejaculation, special analyses, and the use of scales of autonomic dysfunction and the scale of Hamilton.
Results. Based on the assessment of these assumptions about the most likely reason ejaculatory disorders and accordingly made medical-diagnostic tactics. Longer time before ejaculating identified in the 2nd and 3rd group. Despite the large number of side effects in patients of the 3rd group has the highest efficiency of treatment of PE and improve sexual function and is identified in the 2nd group of patients taking Semiton drug.
Conclusion. The high efficiency of the vitamin-magnesium-amino acid complex Semiton in comparison with and psychotherapy in the treatment of moderate forms of PE neuropsychiatric nature.
