The «Health of Man» Journal is a modern means of communication that covers all aspects of health, life and diseases that concern the male body. The magazine publishes the results of scientific research in the field of sexology, andrology and other sections of medicine, which concern the peculiarities of their manifestation in men of different age ranges. A large part of the journal is devoted to the results of clinical observations relating to the evaluation of the effectiveness of various methods of treatment of a wide range of sexological, andrological and urological pathologies.

The Journal publishes lectures and training materials on current issues of sexology, andrology, reproductology, which allows to attract a large army of young specialists in the system of their constant distance learning.

Specialized scientific and practical publication the «Health of Man» is intended for doctors of sexopathology, andrologists, urologists, dermatovenerologists, oncourologists, endocrinologists, psychiatrists and family doctors. Main topics of the publications: sexopathology, andrology, urology, pediatric andrology, the issue of male infertility, STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) and other TORCH infections, oncourology, diagnosis, psychiatry, pharmacotherapy news.

The «Health of Man» Journal pays attention to scientific research data in the field of sexological and andrological pathology in mental disorders, diseases of cardiovascular system, endocrine disorders, diseases caused by unfavorable ecological factors and surgical pathology.

A special place in the Journal is given to reviews of new scientific publications (monographs, manuals, textbooks) which cover issues of male health.

The Journal gives the reader an opportunity to get acquainted with the materials devoted to male health not only from the point of view of medical problems, but also with the issues of sexual and reproductive behavior, sociology, national and ethnic peculiarities of their manifestations.

Taking into account the widespread practice of the principle of continuous training of health professionals in the developed countries of Europe, America and Asia and the accession of Ukrainian doctors to it from 2019, the editorial board aims to promote and implement these competencies through the popularization and distribution of knowledge and achievements of the Ukrainian and international scientific community. The modern approach to the processes of doctor's professional development, which is a requirement of the time and a response to modern challenges, requires staking on practical results and high quality. These are the values traditionally shared by the "Professional-Event" Publishing House, which provides access to a wide range of relevant scientific knowledge through several own media projects.

All materials submitted for publication are subject to expert evaluation. Anonymous assessment of materials submitted for publication is carried out by leading specialists, members of the editorial board of the Journal.

Printed copies of the Journal are distributed during scientific and practical forums (conferences, symposia, congresses, congresses, round tables) available in leading scientific medical libraries in Ukraine. All articles are also available after publication in PDF, HTML formats on the Journal’s website.

Articles are published in Ukrainian, Russian and English.

The Journal was founded in 2002.

The editorial board considers completed, original works that have not been published before, designed in the form of experimental articles, reviews, reviews, reports, reviews of scientific literature.

Authors have the right on authorship of the article and provides the journal with the right of first publication of this work on the conditions of the license Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which allows other person to spread freely the published work with the mandatory citing of the authors of the original publication in this journal.

Once published, the article becomes freely available on-line to the public, and the use of the article provides for mandatory reference to the authors of the publication and the Journal. The authors retain the right to the manuscript, as well as the use of materials of their own published articles.

The Journal maintains an author archiving process. Prior to submission to the Journal, authors may post copies of their articles in progress to general nonprofit sites. Authors may also archive their final author versions of a manuscript in the repositories of their institution and, optionally, on their personal sites. At that, the authors should indicate on the first page of each activated version the references to the publication, DOI number, and URL of the published article on the journal site.

Articles in the journal are printed in Ukrainian, English, and Russian and are accompanied by summaries in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

The articles are published according to the Open Access principle.

Each article is assigned a DOI (digital object identifier), which facilitates search, indexing, distribution, further promotion and citation.

The journal performs the entire process of preparing articles for publication, including editing and digital data processing (conversion to PDF, XML, etc).

Frequency of publication - 4 issues per year.

Terms of payment

Author fee for the publication is 150 UAH per 1800 characters.

Pre-processing of articles - free of charge.

The cost of the issue is 100 UAH.
