Modern trends in the complex therapy of patients with erectile dysfunction and lower urinary tract symptoms on a background of benign prostatic hyperplasia

AbstractAn open study of the efficacy and tolerability Pravenor® Forte in 30 patients with erectile dysfunction and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to BPH was performed. Treatment regimen: 2 capsules per os Pravenor® Forte 1 times a day for 30 days. It was established that Pravenor® Forte statistically and clinically significantly improves main efficacy indicators (MIEF-5, IPSS, QoL) and the hardness of erection, cavernous hemodynamic performance, Qmax. Furthermore it increases the concentration of total testosterone and reduces the concentration of estradiol in the blood serum. For significant reduction Vprostate, PVR and total PSA it is recommended a longer-term administration of Pravenor® Forte (more than 1 month) in patients with LUTS and ED BPH. Pravenor® Forte can be recommended in complex treatment of patients with LUTS and ED BPH.
