Современные представления о синдроме хронической тазовой боли

Аннотация


Синдром хронической тазовой боли (СХТБ) – распространенное заболевание со сложным патогенезом, которое объединяет урологические, иммунные, психологические, неврологические, эндокринные, обменные и сексологические аспекты. В статье описаны общие представления о СХТБ. Изложены особенности современной терминологии, эпидемиологии, классификации и патогенезе заболевания, в частности генетические, эндокринные, психоневрологические факторы риска развития СХТБ. Показаны механизмы хронизации и развития боли, которые включают понятия центральной и периферической сенсибилизации, описаны изменения содержания провоспалительных и противовоспалительных цитокинов, обмена триптофана, глутамата и гамма аминобутирата, активности кинази G-белка 2. Отдельно дана характеристика клинических форм СХТБ.
