Роль аблятивных технологий в лечении малых опухолей почки: обзор современного состояния проблемы

Аннотация


Аблятивное лечение обеспечивает минимально инвазивную модель хирургического удаления малых опухолей почек, уменьшает риск и осложнения, которые традиционно связаны с открытой или лапароскопической парциальной нефрэктомией. Среди основных методов выделяют холодовую радиочастотную абляцию; лапароскопическую, перкутанную абляцию; высокоинтенсивный фокусированный ультразвук.
